This series was originally called the Universe Within. It represented a time when we first started our Rehab on our House. It felt like a whirling ball of debris when we began.

I constructed a sphere out of 3/16 rode. It has 2 reinforced pivot points that use a washer for a bearing. The sphere was then woven with reclaimed street sweeper bristles. A new red sample sphere was made before the giant 35" diameter one is finished. The whole object will be powder coated with the outer structure of rebar being chromed. The final piece stands 60" tall by 41 x 41.
