Panland
Trinidad & Tobago Ltd evolved in 2006 from
Trinidad & Tobago Instruments Ltd, leading
Panmakers to the World since 1993. The change
in name reflects our new vision which introduced
new technology, products and services to the
world of pan.
Coatings
are now available that have the pan world
buzzing with excitement. Behind the excitement
and sounds of Carnival 2007, Panland Trinidad
& Tobago (formerly Trinidad & Tobago Instruments
Ltd) very quietly installed a state of the
art coating system at it’s factory in Laventille,
which has the capability of coating steel
pans and accessories in an extensive range
of colours, finishes and textures without
sacrificing the integrity of the instrument.
After
years of observing the beautiful colours and
hybrid finishes applied to brass instruments
by the top manufacturers at the NAMM Music
Industry shows in the USA, Panland TT President,
Michael Cooper, found the source. In 2003,
a strong alliance was formed with Andrews
Powder Coating, Inc, one of the top coating
companies in the USA, and since then, pans
were shipped out to California, coated and
then returned for assessment at the factory,
as well as scrutiny by some of the top pannists
in Trinidad.
The
result was music to our ears and a pleasure
to behold. The fears and concerns of painting
pans were virtually eliminated.
Our
own state-of-the-art powder coating facility
installed in June 2007 now enables production
of a wide range of pans, stands and sticks
in an array of colours and finishes. This
has revolutionized the image of pan in Trinidad
& Tobago and provides a full coating service
to the pan industry, which has gladly embraced
this new colourful technology.
The
new wonderful products of Panland TT are now
available with a richer look, higher quality,
better prices and reduced lead times- all
for your greater satisfaction!
We

Colour
Choices: The standard colours are:
Basic coats: Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, White,
Black, Silver
Premium coats: Candy Blue, Candy Teal, Candy
Gold, Extreme Chrome, Candy Black Chrome,
Sparkle Silver, Twilights (Red, Blue, Green,
Black)
