 Andrews Powder Coating,
Inc. has
been catering to the custom industry since 1980!
We offer over 600 in stock colors, and virtually
limitless custom color match blends! We offer
a wide range of high gloss to flat, as well as
textured, wrinkled and antique finishes. All are
readily available. Powder coating does not fade
(like anodizing) and is very chip and crack resistant,
flexible, and can be applied to all metals and
glass. Prices below reflect standard in stock
colors. Other colors (candy, metallic, some textures,
anti-graffiti, 2 stage and/or clear topcoat) slightly
higher.
Furniture pricing is based on at least five pieces of
furniture (i.e. one table and 4 chairs) being
refinished at the same time and the same color.
Prices do not reflect ornate of highly decorative
or specialized furniture. Pricing includes abrasive
blasting, de-gassing (pre-bake), preparation
and single stage (indoor use) or 2 stage (outdoor
use) in stock UV resistant TGIC polyester powder
color. All outdoor use furniture is base coated
with a 10,000 hour salt spray rated zinc rich
epoxy coating.
Custom (non stock and special order) colors
and 3 stage powder applications (such as ‘candies’
or metallics/silvers that require clear coat)
are extra.
Some parts that are currently powder coated may need
to be chemically stripped. Andrews Powder Coating,
Inc. will advise additional costs once the furniture
has been evaluated.
STRAPPING COSTS are not included! We will recommend several
professionals in the area for your strapping
needs. Please note that certain types of strapped
patio furniture cannot be re-strapped.
